Wei Yang, MBA, FRM, is a transformation leader with extensive experience in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) strategy, regulatory compliance, and technology-enabled modernization. She has led AML advisory initiatives across financial services and public accounting, including program design, risk assessments, beneficial ownership reviews, and operational process improvements. Wei currently serves as Director at Scotiabank, driving global transformation for the Wealth Management division. She holds a Finance degree from the University of Toronto, an MBA from Rotman, and is a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM).
