Following your purchase, you'll receive an email explaining how you can get started with your Pro Subscription.
Please note there are no refunds or withdrawals once you purchase the subscription.
This subscription contains on demand courses. These courses are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Once registered for the courses, you can access the material at any time. However, you will only have access to the course for 90 days after REGISTRATION.
Course access obtained through the subscription must be used within the applicable Subscription period. Access to courses, course materials, recordings, and related content will end on December 31 of the subscription year.

What is the Subscription period?
For 2026, the subscription period runs from June 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. Beginning in 2027 and in subsequent years, each subscription period runs from January 1 to December 31 of that year, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
An individual's subscription begins on the date of purchase (or the start of the subscription year, whichever date is later) and continues through the end of the applicable subscription period.
Access to subscription benefits expires automatically at the end of the subscription period unless renewed. You will lose access and progress on any course that was not complete before the end of the subscription period.
Your subscription will not renew automatically. To ensure uninterrupted access and to continue any courses in progress, please purchase next year’s subscription by December 31 at 11:59 p.m. If you renew before this deadline, your course progress will be saved so you can pick up where you left off. Otherwise, access to all courses will end when your current subscription expires.

Yes. CPA Ontario reserves the right to modify, replace, reschedule, or withdraw courses, instructors, content, or subscription features at any time without notice.
No. All Subscription purchases are final. No refunds, credits, or partial refunds will be issued for any reason, including non-use of the subscription or inability to attend registered courses.
The subscription provides access to a curated catalogue of on-demand courses, allowing you to select and complete an unlimited number of courses using a promotional code. In contrast The Personal PD Passport is a prepaid credit that can be used toward a wide range of PD offerings (including seminars and conferences), offering up to 30% savings on eligible purchases. The Subscription is best for bundled on-demand learning, while the Passport offers flexible spending across multiple formats.

How do I access my Subscription benefits?
Upon successful purchase, you will receive a unique promotional code by email. This code can be used to register for eligible CPA Ontario Professional Development courses at no additional cost.
Your promotional code is provided in your registration confirmation email and is activated upon receipt of that email.
No. The promotional code is valid only for courses designated by CPA Ontario as eligible for the Subscription. Eligibility is subject to change.
Yes. The promotional code must be applied at the time of course registration. It cannot be applied retroactively.

Are there limits on how many courses I can take?
The Subscription is provided for professional development purposes and is subject to fair use. CPA Ontario reserves the right to monitor Subscription usage to ensure compliance with these terms.
The subscription is intended for individual use only. Excessive or abnormal usage patterns that, in CPA Ontario's reasonable discretion, indicate misuse, automated activity, resale, or sharing may result in suspension or cancellation of the Subscription without refund. Any attempt to share or misuse the Subscription constitutes a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
