Lean management isn't just a management tool; it's also a philosophy that can be applied to any sector, from industry and services to hospitals. This course aims to answer a fundamental question: what is the process that's ideal for you, and how can you get as close as possible to adopting it? This guided learning experience will show you the essential theories and tools involved in Lean management and explain how to fight Public Enemy Number One: namely, waste!
This e-Learning course is broken into several modules that learners can complete in a time convenient for them. Learners are encouraged to break the course up into manageable chunks according to their schedules. Modules include an assortment of engaging short videos, interactive sessions, reflective questions and takeaway worksheets.

- Demonstrate how to develop key metrics for your processes
- Apply techniques for continuous improvement including error detection systems
