Given that Generation Z is becoming a dominating workforce around the world, and are more diverse than many generations before, it's important to understand their different points of view toward work and life in order to break any stereotypes in the workplace and in society as a whole. Given the investment of time and resources a firm makes to identify, recruit and hire candidates, it is imperative to engage and retain the employees once they have been hired. Firms that are successful in cultivating exceptional leaders from this generation will focus on workplace values that matter to them.
