Description
This course is the third phase of a three-part Career Skills Program entitled ‘Drive Your Professional Success’. This phase is designed for CPA students in months 12-18 of their practical experience.
The final phase of this program focuses on optimizing performance by fostering accountability, Students will gain a solid understanding of Canadian business ethics. A growth mindset is emphasized, along with tools for using feedback to improve performance. Presentation skills and methods for crafting compelling stories to engage audiences will also be discussed. Advanced Excel techniques including dynamic data ranges, regression analysis, and understanding the difference between correlation and causation will also be covered.
There will be a series of live in-person workshops and self-paced learning designed to clarify the role CPAs play as professionals in protecting the interests of their clients and achieving business success.
