Description
Alistair Houghton, Vice President at Hays Canada, will present insights from the Hays 2027 Salary Guide. Get a deeper look at workforce and recruitment trends so that you have the confidence to make sound hiring decisions in the year ahead.
Louisa Benedicto, Hays’ Senior Vice President, will discuss how retention is becoming one of the biggest talent risks facing employers today. After several years of economic uncertainty, many employees have seen limited salary growth and fewer opportunities to work on new and exciting projects. While turnover remains relatively stable, organizations should remember what happened during the Great Resignation: once the market improved, employees who felt underpaid or overlooked moved quickly. Companies that continue hiring and retaining talent below market rates may be creating a future retention challenge.
