Description
This seminar is designed for professionals and individuals aiming to gain proficiency in estate and trust administration, terminal tax return preparation and trust tax reporting. The comprehensive curriculum covers everything from the intricacies of the power of attorney for property, fiduciary requirements, estate planning, to the execution of a will, tax filing and reporting, and distribution and communication to applicable stakeholders. Participants will engage with a myriad of cases and prepare documentation typically submitted to legal, regulatory and taxation authorities.
