Description
This course will cover all aspects of effective and ineffective negotiations, meetings and communication skills. Individuals including CPAs may be taken advantage of if they are not aware of the pitfalls before, during and after client interaction, negotiating sessions, and meetings. This course will identify, based on science, literature and best practice what these clients, negotiating, meeting and communication red flags are, and how to identify, react, and overcome them, so CPAs can be effective in relations with clients and auditees. Topics will also include interview techniques and questions, reducing implicit biases, and special situations.
