Description
This course is designed specifically for CPAs. The course will use plain language to the fullest extent possible when describing contractual or other legal doctrine. Learning objectives of the course include: (i) understanding the legal requirements for a valid contract; (ii) reviewing the types of contracts that accountants and auditors will likely encounter; (iii) understanding and complying with the legal environment and professional obligations of CPAs, under legislation, regulation and professional practice rules; (iv) employing strategies to minimize liability as a CPA.
