Description
This course has been designed for leaders who are considering how to integrate AI technologies into their organization. The transition of a professional accounting firm into an AI powered accounting firm is a significant one that includes several risk factors along with its benefits. Leaders must not only understand the impact of the technologies themselves, but also the different ways in which employees and clients will react to the changes they bring. There are regulations and stakeholders to deal with, as well as a redefinition of a leader’s role, including the use of AI tools to become an “augmented leader.”
This course assumes participants have a passing knowledge about AI and Generative AI technologies and delves into AI-specific leadership issues such as change management, change resistance, leading through organizational change, deploying a plan and building a community around AI.
