Description

This course explores the relationship between enterprise risk management, internal controls, governance, and internal auditing. Participants will examine how organizations identify, assess, prioritize, and respond to risks; how controls are designed and evaluated; and how internal audit provides independent assurance. The session also addresses risk appetite, control effectiveness, emerging risks, reporting to leadership, and practical strategies for strengthening resilience and decision-making.
