Description
This internationally oriented course examines internal audit's role in evaluating enterprise risk management and internal control frameworks. Participants will explore risk-based auditing, risk identification and assessment, control design and effectiveness, assurance coordination, and emerging risks. The session also addresses how auditors can communicate key exposures, challenge assumptions, and provide insight to boards and senior management to strengthen resilience and accountability.
