If you struggle with putting too much information your slides or are challenged with finishing presentations on time, this CPA Ontario video learning course will provide formatting tips and troubleshooting techniques in Office 365. Explore various, practical ways of introducing Excel data into PowerPoint presentations to save time and avoid overloading an audience.
The course will cover a range of topics including linking data into PowerPoint for auto-updating dynamic presentations, interactivity with spreadsheets during showtime and non-linear presentations. Learn the finer points of data linking, how to decide which method of linking to use, explore the merits of embedding data and tap into creative animation techniques to introduce information in a sequenced manner.
Participants will receive hands-on experience practicing along with the course using downloadable data files. Easy-to-follow course presentation notes will also be provided.
PREREQUISITE KNOWLEDGE
Participants should have a working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Microsoft Office 2010 is the minimum software for this course. Office 365 is recommended.

To access your course, visit the CPA Ontario Blackboard site and sign in using the same username and password used for the Registration Portal. You can also access your course through the Blackboard Learn app (iOS or Android).
