Welcome to the “Expert Insights: Healthy Board Meetings with Susan Leahy" course designed to help board members learn to use parliamentary procedure to run more efficient meetings. After seeing firsthand the negative effects of dysfunctional boards, Susan uses Robert's Rules of Order to ensure boards run equitable, productive meetings. This eight-lesson course walks learners through the fundamentals of parliamentary procedure, while presenting effective examples of motions, amendments, agendas, and discussion. After viewing, learners will understand how Robert's Rules of Order can be used to make board meetings a positive experience.
