Designed for a wide range of workplaces and sectors, this online course educates and empowers employees and managers. This course uses diverse characters to illustrate common themes of race-based discrimination and harassment arising in North American workplaces. This course consists of two individual courses which are outlined below.
Anti-Racism in the Workplace
Preventing discrimination and harassment based on race is a fundamental to all workplaces. This course explores common race-based discrimination and harassment in North American workplaces through expert-designed, animated eLearning storytelling and interactive exercises.
Eliminating Sexual Harassment
This course explores the challenges of employees at Future Generation, a leading (but fictitious!) manufacturer and retailer. Interactive, gamified activities to ensure the message sinks in.
