Description
Generative AI is transforming how organizations work, but realizing value requires more than access to AI tools. This hands-on workshop helps participants understand where AI can drive meaningful business impact, use Claude effectively, and move from experimentation to practical workplace automation. Through a combination of demonstrations, discussions, and hands-on exercises, participants will explore the current GenAI landscape, compare leading AI models, and learn how to use Claude for analysis, content creation, problem-solving, and workflow automation.
The workshop includes both a pre-workshop session and an in-person session. This pre-session workshop provides an overview of the Task Amplification Categories (TACs) and the workplace pain points they are designed to address. For the in-person session, participants will spend much of the day working directly with Claude to develop prompting skills, test real-world use cases, and identify opportunities to improve productivity in their own roles. The workshop then shifts to automation with practical exercises focused on automating tasks and streamlining workflows. The focus of this portion of the workshop will be Claude CoWork. The day concludes with a discussion of AI adoption considerations, including model limitations, complementary tools such as NotebookLM and Bolt.new, token usage, cost management, and the evolving AI landscape. Participants will leave with practical skills, a clearer understanding of the AI ecosystem, and actionable ideas for applying Claude in their workplace.
Please note: This course is delivered in a blended format, consisting of a virtual session on October 8 from 9:00 - 10:00 am and an in-person session on October 13 from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.
Early Bird Sale: Save $100 on this workshop by registering before August 31, 2026. Promotion cannot be combined with other offers or Passport. Access the Early Bird Sale by logging into your account.
