This CPA Ontario webinar provides unique and useful tips for accountants in not-for-profit financial leadership. The course examines key indicator reporting, how to get the most out of your bank and what to do in a cash flow crisis. It also includes pointers on working with auditors and lawyers, critical steps to consider when you start a new job and straight talk on ethics. An in-depth case on improved, non-technical financial reporting will be discussed.
