Financial analysis explains the reasons behind a company’s performance and offers guidance for improvement. The fundamental purpose is delivering meaningful insights to decision-makers. Today, stakeholders demand thorough analysis delivered efficiently, and proficiency. Modern tools such as Business Intelligence (BI) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) are transforming the field by enabling faster, more accurate information for decision-making.
The seminar addresses month-end and budget analysis. It covers practices that most leading organizations are currently following and then addresses the newer, emerging practices, including ethical issues.
