Description
This comprehensive program is designed for professionals in the non-profit sector, focusing on three key areas: fraud prevention, risk assessment in audits, and authentic leadership. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant, a Certified Management Accountant, a Certified Fraud Examiner, a Certified Forensic Investigator, and a Chartered Business Valuator. She is the President and Principal Forensic Accountant at Lynch & Associates providing comprehensive and high-quality forensic accounting services for diverse clients. She is a professor at York University teaching “Earnings Management and Forensic Accounting” for their Master of Financial Accountability MFAc program. She has also co-authored a book for LexisNexis Canada Inc., Financial Crimes in Canada: An Overview of Money Laundering and Fraud. |

Ninette Bishay, CPA, CA, is an Assurance Partner and Co-Leader of the Charities & Not-for-Profit Service Team at the accounting firm, Adams & Miles LLP, and has been providing assurance, tax and advisory services exclusively to this sector for almost 20 years. Ninette serves as the Treasurer and Chair of the Risk Management, Finance & Audit Committee of Imagine Canada and Treasurer of the CAGP Foundation, among other Board-volunteer positions. |

Mikhael Bornstein Having worked in the arts, health, social service, and education sectors, Mikhael Bornstein has more than twenty years of experience as a professional fundraiser. Throughout his career he has been involved in all areas of fundraising but has developed special expertise in gift planning and direct marketing. Mikhael is a frequent speaker at conferences across North America, including the AFP International Conference in Boston. He has also coauthored an article in CASE's Currents magazine. Mikhael is currently teaching at George Brown College and is completing a Master in Arts in Leadership at Royal Roads University. |
