Participants will explore why negotiation is a core skill in accounting practice, covering client fee negotiations, vendor contracts, internal budget advocacy, and job offer discussions. The session moves through the full negotiation cycle: preparation, rapport-building, information exchange, bargaining, and closure. Particular attention is given to principled negotiation, ethical practice, and building long-term relationships.
