Description
Every day, organizations are faced with complex business problems. In most cases, information on the problem has already been gathered; but what is needed is actionable insights. The key tool in developing the insights is a performance model that applies a methodology to analyze and transform data into a useable, customizable and presentable format. Intelligent Performance Modeling using Excel is a practical class in which participants will blend data analysis skills into the construction of five interactive performance models in Excel from scratch.
Participants work alongside the instructor to apply modeling skills and techniques to better analyze organizational data, predict revenues and assess outcomes to justify business decisions. Each example will focus on a different operational scenario and a different business sector.
