Effective teamwork and trust go hand-in-hand, yet is viewed as one of the greatest challenges of our time. In this workshop, participants explore the characteristics of high functioning teams and the impact of team dynamics onteam performance. Participants gain an understanding of how teams work, and practical ideas and strategies for fostering greater mutual understanding and trust in their own workplace scenarios.
This is an interactive workshop and participants should come prepared to participate on camera.
