In today’s world, there are a multitude of financing options, yet companies still struggle to obtain necessary financing. Many companies have a strong business but still have difficulty obtaining funds. Even those who are successful tend to spend a large amount of time completing various administrative requirements. Having a strong comprehension of the different types of financing options available as well as understanding what investors, bankers, and other creditors look for prior to supplying funds enhances one’s success in obtaining funds in the fastest available time, with limited administrative work.
This course identifies different sources of financing, describes details behind each source of financing, and when each type of financing is most appropriate. It goes into detail behind different types of bank loans and what bankers look for prior to advancing funds. It provides the knowledge required in order to pursue the most appropriate type of financing, maximize funds, and present the organization in the best possible manner to enhance chances of success at the onset, with the least amount of effort required.
This seminar is highly interactive. Participants will work with exercises and case studies to learn through doing. It is highly recommended that participants attend the course prepared to use a calculator or Excel to obtain maximum benefit.
