This discussion-based course explores the real ethical challenges faced by Canadian CFOs and Controllers across major sectors. Using Canadian case studies, participants will examine how financial leaders can navigate conflicts of interest, reporting pressures, governance lapses, and personal conduct issues all while protecting organizational integrity and making principled decisions.
Note: Attendees are not expected to bring ethical dilemmas but may do so if they wish to discuss them with peers. Arun will present 5 - 6 Canadian cases involving CFOs and Controllers, each accompanied by group discussion questions. Active participation in these discussions is expected.
