In this session, participants will learn and apply the theory of a discounted cash flow analysis (DCF) and are taught how to build a discounted cash flow valuation model in Excel.
The session addresses the topics of unlevered free cash flows, weighted average cost of capital and terminal value that give participants a robust exposure to this intrinsic valuation methodology. The resulting values from the Excel model are sensitized using Data Tables.
