This course will teach you how to bring out the best in people, even when they are at their worst. You will learn to structure interactions to encourage positive, more productive responses.

Eileen Pease has taught for CPA Ontario since 2006. She has expertise in the mind and keeps abreast on neuroscience research through the NeuroLeadership Institute. In 2019, Eileen published the second edition of Get More Power from Your Brain. She has a B.A. (Psychology), B.Ed., Dalhousie University and a Masters in Education, Mount Saint Vincent University.
