Bob Bosshard, CPA, CA, ICD.D, is a strategic leader and director with expertise in finance, capital markets, risk management, climate, and environment, social and governance reporting. He had a multi-decade career with PwC, both in Canada and the U.K., retiring as partner in 2016. He brings extensive experience working with Canadian and U.S. public companies and dealing regulatory securities matters as well as a deep understanding of global business practices and geopolitical risks. At PwC Bob was also responsible for leading the internal inspection process covering both quality management and engagement reviews. For the past 20 years, Bob served on the boards of a variety of community organizations. He holds accounting designations in Canada and the UK and holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Accounting and Finance from Lancaster University, United Kingdom, as well as an ICD.D designation from The Institute of Corporate Directors. | |

Malik Datardina, CPA, CA, CISA is the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Strategist for Auvenir. His two decades of experience encompasses audit innovation, audit data analytics (ADAs), risk and security governance. At Auvenir, Malik analyzes disruptive trends and technology like artificial intelligence, blockchain, and big data to build the audit platform of the future. He also wears the GRC hat, where he handles risk & compliance issues.
