Organizational Passport can be used by different people, for different courses, at different times or it can be used all at once for a single course (6 different people taking the same course).
The total credit equates to approximately six full days of learning and a savings of 35% off public pricing and 20% off member pricing.

The 2025 Organization PD Passport is valid from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025.
Note, the purchase of PD Passports are HST exempt. HST will be charged on events purchased with the PD Passports.
How to purchase an Organizational PD Passport
The Organizational PD Passport is valid from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025. To purchase an Organizational Passport, you must be your company's assigned organizational passport administrator. Contact customer service to be added as an organizational passport administrator.
- Log in to your account on the PD Portal.
- Click add to cart and complete your purchase.
(Note, if you have not been assigned as your company's organizational passport administrator, you will need to contact customer service before being able to add the passport to your cart.)
If you don't have a CPA Ontario ID
If you don't have a CPA Ontario ID (you are not a CPA Ontario member or student), you will need to create an account. Click "Create an Account". Complete the form to create a public account. When finished you will receive an email containing your CPA Ontario ID number. Email our PD events team with the following information: CPA Ontario ID Firm ID (if known) Company Name Company Mailing Address
Organization Passport FAQs
Can I register a guest with my Organization PD Passport?
Yes. The administrator of the Organization PD Passport can use the balance to register themselves or others.
Can the Organization PD Passport for professional development be refunded?
The Organization PD Passports are non-refundable.
Organization PD Passport is valid from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025.
Any unused balance will need to be used by the expiry date.
Why doesn't my passport payment include HST?
HST is not charged on purchases of the PD Passport. HST will be charged on programs purchased with the PD Passport.
How do I check the balance on my Organization PD Passport?
Your balance is displayed on your "My Orders & Invitations" page on the PD Portal.
- With the purchase of your Organization PD Passport, you will have $2932.35 in credit to use on CPA Ontario's offerings for professional development.
- You may use this credit to purchase courses for yourself or others. When you register for a course, the price will be debited from the credit.
- To register others, log in to the PD Portal using the account that purchased the Organization PD Passport. Add the event to your cart. In the cart, use "Add this item for a guest" to add the person you are registering for.
- When you've used up all your credit, you can still save up to 30% on seminars and select on demand courses for the rest of the time the passport is valid.
