This CPA Ontario course will explore how to successfully transition an accounting or tax practice. The course will address both the buy and sell side, and will outline best practices to transition a business.
Course participants will learn how to assess the value of a practice, how to structure the sale and will review a typical sales deal. The course will also discuss key integration issues that can arise during the transition and provide workable steps to overcome them.
