This CPA Ontario course provides unique and useful tips for accountants in not-for-profit financial leadership. The course examines key indicator reporting, how to get the most out of your bank and what to do in a cash flow crisis. It also includes pointers on working with auditors and lawyers, critical steps to consider when you start a new job and straight talk on ethics. An in-depth case on improved, non-technical financial reporting will be discussed.
Participants will gain value from experiences and practices of past participants, and will have opportunities for benchmarking against survey data. The course was created and is presented by an experienced and active CFO with real-life insight.
