This CPA Ontario course will examine how to consider and address business ethics issues during an unexpected crisis, such as the global COVID-19 pandemic. The course highlights the importance of operating from an ethical perspective during a crisis and will help CPAs strengthen their decision-making skills when dealing with challenging situations.
Topics covered in this course include the impact of a crisis on the economy, ethical principles, return on investment and crisis response strategies. Participants will also learn how organizations have dealt with their stakeholders and how they have lived up to their core values. It examines the benefits of ethical decision-making and the implications of taking an unethical approach during a crisis.
Please note, there will be a final quiz at the end of this course.
