This course provides an overview of analytics from foundational principles to implementation. Analytics spans a continuum that encompasses IT departments, data scientists and analysts, business analysts, managers and leaders. The continuously growing field now includes descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics. Tasks and roles that were once seen as IT responsibilities have become critical business skills.
