To achieve this, it's essential to get off on the right foot and make a success of the first 100 days, which are crucial when you're leading a team for the first time.
This practical course will give you all the tools you need to prepare for your new role and successfully manage your team.
This e-Learning course is broken into several modules that learners can complete in a time convenient for them. Learners are encouraged to break the course up into manageable chunks according to their schedules. Modules include an assortment of engaging short videos, interactive sessions, reflective questions and takeaway worksheets.

How to Access the Course
This is an online session. This course is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Once registered, you can access the material at any time.
However, you will only have access to the course for 90 days after REGISTRATION.
