Welcome to the “Expert Insights: Exceptional Leadership Communication with Brandon Smith” this course is intended to help leaders more effectively lead and communicate in today’s world. Presented by leadership educator, TEDx speaker, author, and executive coach Brandon Smith, this course comprises 12 lessons. Throughout this course, you’ll learn about the six leadership communication principles, how to balance different types of communication, and how to create an environment of psychological safety. Then, you’ll explore the three key components to trust, credibility, vulnerability, and authenticity. Following that, you’ll take a look at how to define a team culture, effectively give feedback, and light fires both in and under your team members. By viewing this course and following the start, stop, continue brainstorming instructions included in each lesson, you’ll be able to execute more effective strategies to become the leader that you want to be, and that your team deserves.
