This course covers key cybersecurity policies, controls, and procedures as part of a cybersecurity risk management program.
How does cybersecurity risk management affect the activities you perform? Incorporate cybersecurity into risk assessment, controls identification, and other activities you perform.
Managing cybersecurity risks is challenging. As the cyber landscape evolves, so too should considerations related to cybersecurity as you:
- Assess Risks
- Identify controls to address those risks

- Perform certain activities, such as vendor management and governance, among other things
Cybersecurity is not just for IT professionals anymore. Clients and organizations are increasingly looking to financial and accounting professionals to be actively involved in risk management.

Joyce Shen is currently the investment director and operating partner at Tenfore Holding leading enterprise software and big data investments. Outside Tenfore, Joyce is a faculty of data science at UC Berkeley. Joyce was previously the global managing director of emerging technologies and venture investments in the CTO office at Thomson Reuters where she built and led global emerging tech partnerships program and the emerging technology venture fund. During her tenure, she led new product innovations in fintech, IoT, and emerging data solutions, established the global blockchain program, and made eleven early-stage investments.
