Attract and Retain Top Talent
It's essential for companies to attract and retain the right people, and in sufficient numbers, and competition is fierce. New digital tools make it easier for organizations to scout and connect with talent-but then make it just as easy for this precious resource to be poached away. This course dives deep into how to spot the right talent and how to offer targeted value proposals that will really draw people in and inspire loyalty, rather than the losing proposition of just throwing money at the problem..
Get Your Team Working Together
As organizations become less strictly compartmentalized, the ability to work in teams is becoming more of a skill in its own right. And it's a skill that can be consciously developed. This course will help you to do that by looking at how to work towards similar goals, harness differences, manage conflicts and work better together remotely.
Shift to Management 3.0
Many organizations use management methods that fail to get the best out of their people. A better approach is to make everyone responsible for management - not just managers. The task is too important for that! Management 3.0 means engaging people, improving whole systems, and increasing value for clients. With Management 3.0, Jurgen Appelo has bundled together high-impact ideas to boost management for an agile organization.
