From a new knowledge perspective, the leadership character frameworks are very practical and super helpful for me to adopt in my organization. In terms of learning methods, the case-based learning and the practice sessions on negotiation and difficult conversations, including all the presentations are the ones where I felt I learned the most, as I learned best reflecting from experience as opposed to recalling theory.
