Description
This course had been streamlined into an intensive 6-week format, allowing for a more focused and immersive learning experience. Through independent study and virtual coaching, you will learn actionable strategies to better understand yourself and how to present yourself as an effective leader.
Each week, leaders will watch two compelling three-to four-minute videos delivered by John Mattone and take action based on John's key lesson. You will log your insights and learnings, then receive virtual coaching from a John Mattone-Global Master Certified Executive Coach in 24 to 48 hours following your submission. You will also receive 2 virtual face-to-face coaching sessions with your assigned Intelligent Leadership Master Coach.
Participants will be asked to select at least three stakeholders, such as managers, peers, mentors, advisors, etc. who know you well and are in the best position to offer honest feedback. Leaders are held accountable through gamification, progress reports and a post-program return on investment (ROI) tool.

Attendance Requirements
To earn your CPD hours and Digital Badge, you must complete at least 50% of the program. Throughout the course you will be asked to attend three live sessions and you are expected to stay on track with your weekly challenges. We understand that sometimes unplanned absences happen. Please reach out to our Operations Team if you're unable to attend a session as scheduled.
How to Access the Course
We're pleased to invite you to register for our Certificate courses. Whether or not you're a CPA, you're more than welcome to join us on this learning journey. To get started, you'll need to create an account. Don't worry if you don't have a CPA Ontario ID yet; you can easily set up your account right here. Let's begin your learning adventure together.
This CPA Ontario course is a hybrid certificate program with three instructor-led live sessions. We recommend you join five minutes prior to the scheduled starting time of each session. This is a two-step registration process. Once you have registered and paid on the CPA Ontario portal you are considered registered for the course. You will receive an email from ILOA at least 48 hours prior to the onboarding call. The email you receive will contain the Zoom link to be used for the onboarding call as well as information on how to access the ILOA platform.
