Leveraged buyouts are part of the evolving M&A market. This course will help you prepare the model for your organization or a group of investors looking to acquire a company with mostly borrowed funds. In this course, you will build a leveraged buyout (LBO) model from scratch. The model will be structured with sections such as financing assumptions, sources and uses of cash, and purchase price allocation.
