Description
Disclosure and presentation are critical to telling the true story of a firm's profit and loss, financial position, and cash flows to users of financial statements. This seminar reviews the realities and best practices for disclosure and presentation requirements of Part II Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises (ASPE).
This seminar provides participants with current knowledge and understanding of the financial statement disclosure and presentation requirements under ASPE. This full-day session reviews commonly seen basic and more advanced presentation and disclosure requirements. Participants gain crucial, real-life experiences by working with examples of ASPE disclosure and presentation requirements while completing exercises and engaging in discussion.
The seminar is delivered primarily through a discussion of examples with some exercises.
